Class Description

Class style is catered to the clients' needs. I offer Vinyasa flow, Yin, Restorative, Adaptive and Yoga therapy for certain injuries or issues. I also offer breathwork, Yoga Nidra meditation, and Reiki Healing. Please contact me if you have any questions or specifications.
